Product & Growth Associate (m/f/d) - Transform the future of business relationships at ZopaAI

Location: Saarbrücken/Cologne/Munich/Mannheim

As a Product & Growth Associate, you will play a key role in driving ZopaAI's growth and

product evolution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Translating customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements

  • Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to refine features and roadmap

priorities

  • Supporting go-to-market activities by connecting product capabilities with customer use

cases

  • Managing the sales and customer pipeline, from first contact to long-term partnership

development

  • Preparing and conducting customer meetings, demos, and workshops together with the

founders

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments to

inform strategy

  • Representing ZopaAI at events and within industry networks to build brand visibility

Requirements:

  • Most importantly, you are eager to learn, proactive and hands-on, with the ambition to

shape our growth journey and the ability to think both analytically and entrepreneurially

  • Completed university degree in business administration, economics, industrial

engineering, business informatics, or a related field – alternatively: equivalent practical

experience in sales / business development

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or

account management (preferably B2B / SaaS environment)

  • Strong interest in technology-driven solutions and AI-supported B2B software

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and Business English
