A leading international company in the field of interventional pulmonology is seeking a Regional sales Manager to support its commercial expansion across Southwest Germany. This organisation is at the forefront of minimally invasive solutions for chronic respiratory conditions, with a strong foundation in clinical evidence, regulatory approvals, and reimbursement access across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial adoption of advanced therapeutic solutions across targeted hospitals and clinics
- Deliver training and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including pulmonologists, surgeons, and hospital administrators
- Develop and manage referral pathways from primary to tertiary care
- Lead budget generation and contract negotiations with purchasing entities
- Collaborate closely with national sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally with exposure to interventional procedures
- Proven track record in launching or scaling innovative healthcare technologies
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
- Willingness to travel and engage in clinical environments
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Comfortable operating in theatre or endoscopy settings
