Customer Success Manager

As part of the Nemetschek Group and an internationally operating company, Solibri, as a pioneer and market leader, develops and sells its software solutions for the quality control and assurance of BIM (Building Information Modeling) models around the globe. Our customers include all project stakeholders in the construction industry, such as architects, engineers, construction companies, and the public sector.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers. Your focus is to ensure successful onboarding, deliver expert advice, and maintain excellent communication to drive customer success and maximize product value. You will also support sales and marketing efforts and provide vital feedback to our development teams.
*This is a 12 month fixed term contract*
Your Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers for an effective start with Solibri solutions.
- Provide presales support, best practice advice, and workflow recommendations.
- Proactively maintain ongoing communication with customers.
- Collect and report feedback on bugs and feature requests to R&D.
- Identify and support upselling opportunities for sales.
- Assist in webinars, demos, and other marketing activities related to existing customers.
- Deliver responsive product support to customers, across all Solibri products and versions as needed.
- Some travel will be required in this role.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in customer-facing roles, and ideally in BIM, or the construction industry.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in collaborating across different teams.
- Enthusiastic about technology and ongoing learning.
