In this role, you will help make routine tasks more efficient and actively contribute to our digitalization strategy.

Your Mission with Us

• You work closely with users to understand their daily interactions with SAP, Office 365, and other corporate platforms, mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities

• Independently, you investigate various automation approaches and select the most suitable tools and methods for each process improvement

• You present proposed automation solutions clearly and understandably to users and stakeholders

• From assessment to implementation, you manage automation projects, including timelines, testing, user validation, and post-implementation monitoring

• Using tools like UiPath, Python, and Power Automate, you create automated solutions to increase efficiency

• You document processes and solutions according to company standards to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability

• As part of a global community, you identify and implement automations for front and back-end Supply Chain processes

Your Profile to Convince Us

• You are a final-year student in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields

• A basic understanding of supply chain or customer service processes is advantageous; interest in the chemical industry is a plus

• You quickly grasp processes and possess the ability to analyze data in relation to them

• You are comfortable with Excel for data analysis and basic automation; knowledge of VBA, UIPath, or programming languages like Python is an advantage

• Strong communication skills enable you to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences

• Through strong organizational skills, you can effectively manage multiple projects and timelines

• Fluency in English is required (German skills are a bonus but not a dealbreaker)
