We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to support QA activities within our Tax Product Development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of QA tasks for assigned projects, as well as guiding and mentoring junior Quality Assurance Engineers.

• Build and continuously deepen your knowledge of Lucanet content, processes, and tools

• Develop and implement test infrastructure to enable efficient and scalable testing

• Work independently on QA tasks for assigned projects, organizing your work to meet agreed deadlines and outcomes

• Design, execute, and maintain tests for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Ensure that test cases, test data, and execution results are properly documented and kept up to date

• Review requirements for testability and collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify any open questions

• Use your understanding of Lucanets business values to make sound decisions in your daily work

• Mentor and support junior QA engineers and working students, providing feedback and sharing best practices

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar Quality Assurance / Testing role

• Solid knowledge of test types, test levels, and test techniques

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Agile testing practices

• Experience with test management and issue management tools

• Strong documentation skills and an eye for detail and quality

• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across Product Development

• Good working proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
