Junior Strategy Consultant – Life Sciences

Location: Düsseldorf | Permanent

Are you someone who thrives on tackling complex business challenges and wants to make a real impact from the start of your career? We are recruiting for an internationally recognised strategy consultancy seeking a Junior Consultant to join their Düsseldorf office. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience advising clients at the highest level across life sciences and pharma sectors.

The Role

You will work closely with senior consultants on projects that influence key strategic decisions for leading organisations. From day one, you will contribute to shaping solutions, conducting in-depth market and business analyses, and helping clients navigate critical growth and investment choices.

  • Evaluating the potential of new products, technologies, or business initiatives
  • Supporting decisions around market entry, partnerships, or acquisitions
  • Assessing portfolios, pricing approaches, or R&D prioritisation
  • Analysing industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform client strategies

This role offers early responsibility and exposure to client-facing work, with the chance to contribute to internal initiatives that drive the office's growth and capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master's degree (PhD is a plus)
  • Some practical experience, such as internships or projects in consulting, strategy, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders and presenting recommendations
  • Highly organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Collaborative, curious, and ready to thrive in a multicultural team environment
