Deine Aufgaben

Als M&A Manager bist du die treibende Kraft hinter dem Ankauf neuer Hausverwaltungsunternehmen. Du analysierst potenzielle Deals, steuerst den gesamten Transaktionsprozess und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe an unser Integrationsteam. Deine Expertise im M&A, im DD Prozess und der Verhandlungsführung macht den Unterschied.

  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von M&A-Opportunitäten
  • Steuerung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses von erster Kommunikation bis Closing
  • Entwicklung von Business Cases & Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Koordination mit internen Teams und externen Beratern (Recht, Finanzen, Steuern)
Dein Profil
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich M&A oder Investment Banking
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten & Erfahrung mit Financial Modeling
  • Gutes Verständnis für den Ablauf von Transaktionen, insbesondere Share Deals von Kapitalgesellschaften
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungen
