Audio-Visual Technician

As our Media Technician, you take full ownership of the multimedia studio and are the trusted first point of contact for anything media tech-related.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• Media Studio Ownership: You independently run our media studio as a creative all-rounder for photo, video, and audio formats.
• Event tech wizardry: You technically manage larger events, support our event and marketing teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes (sound, visuals, and more).
• Pre-production: You plan and organize shoots and sessions, prep and set up equipment, test everything, and support our startups, community, and external clients so their projects truly shine.
• Asset management: You keep track of hardware and software — both technically and commercially — introduce a smart inventory system, and make sure everything is ready to use at all times.
• Enablement: You provide technical onboarding, hands-on support, and practical training in a clear, confident, and approachable way.
• Innovation: You're excited about new tools, trends, and technologies in the media space and actively bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Onsite culture: Remote isn't our thing — we believe in collaboration, short paths, and hands-on problem-solving together in the studio.

You're a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• Background: A degree in film, media, or media technology (e.g. media production, audio/video, event tech), a technical apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience: First professional experience with a strong technical understanding and a get-things-done mindset.
• Tech love: You're genuinely into media, IT, and production tech — and new tools excite rather than scare you.
• Sales mindset: You enjoy connecting with people, win them over with enthusiasm, and love pushing ideas forward.
• Ownership: You take initiative, stay disciplined, and keep things organized without being asked.
• Customer journey: You get how users think — and how paid media supports them along the customer journey.
• Problem solving: You think analytically, act pragmatically, and focus on solutions, not problems.
• Communication: Clear, positive communication and a presence people remember.
• Flexibility: You're happy to jump in behind the scenes, even at the occasional evening event.
