About This Opportunity

We are now seeking experienced
Civil Engineers (m/f/d)
specializing in
Bridge Construction
to join regional teams across Germany – including locations such as Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne, Karlsruhe, and Koblenz. This is a
permanent position

What You Will Do

  • Manage planning, design, and execution of bridge and structural infrastructure projects in compliance with Eurocode, DIN, and RiL regulations (Deutsche Bahn standards).
  • Coordinate with internal and external planning offices, ensuring ZTV-ING-conform design supervision and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Oversee on-site construction phases, evaluate structural analyses, and ensure execution quality according to national norms and client requirements.
  • Support BIM integration and digital workflows for efficient project communication and documentation.
  • Conduct technical audits, monitor performance indicators, and review construction progress for safety and compliance.
  • Engage with clients, project partners, and contractors in all technical and commercial matters related to bridge and railway engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor), ideally with focus on structural or bridge engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in steel, composite, and prestressed concrete bridge construction across design and execution phases.
  • Strong command of Eurocode, DIN standards, and German railway guidelines (RiL series, ZTV-ING).
  • Skilled in structural analysis tools (e.g. SOFiSTiK, RSTAB) and familiarity with BIM platforms.
  • Native-level or fluent
    German
    communication skills for coordination with authorities, planners, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-span projects and ensure technical and financial project success.
