Stellenbeschreibung

In unserer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung arbeiten Sie in einem engagierten Team an der Entwicklung innovativer Zellkulturmedien für den Forschungs- und GMP-Bereich. Ihre Arbeit trägt direkt zur Entstehung neuer klinischer Produkte bei und verbindet wissenschaftliche Präzision mit praxisnaher Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bestimmen eigenständig die Zusammensetzung von Zellkulturmedien, analysieren diese und führen proteinbiochemische Arbeiten in diesem Kontext durch. 
  • Darüber hinaus generieren Sie neue Medienansätze für zukünftige Produkte. Diese testen Sie eigenständig.
  • Die dafür benötigten Materialien (Zellkulturen, Geräte, Reagenzien) organisieren Sie selbst.
  • Ihre Versuche planen Sie selbstständig, nutzen aber auch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Team.
  • Anschließend werten Sie Ihre Versuche aus und präsentieren die Ergebnisse in Teambesprechungen.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die allgemeine Labororganisation verantwortlich.
Qualifikationen
  • Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zum technischen Assistenten oder Laboranten erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Alternativ haben Sie einen Bachelor in Biologie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • Sie können auf solide Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Proteinbiochemie und eukaryotische Zellkultur zurückgreifen.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Kultur primärer Zellen.
  • Sie sind ein offener, kommunikativer Teamplayer und zeichnen sich durch Ihre sehr präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
