Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Leitung des Solution Engineering (+60 Tech MAs), die eine moderne Tech-Organisation auf das nächste Level hebt.

Deine Mission

  • Entwickle eine klare technologische Vision für eine skalierbare, sichere und moderne Software- und Plattformlandschaft.
  • Baue eine leistungsstarke Engineering-Kultur in einem rund 60-köpfigen Team auf und fördere Tech Excellence über alle Ebenen hinweg.
  • Steuere komplexe Softwareprojekte, sichere Qualität & Performance und treibe Modernisierung und Innovation voran.
  • Arbeite eng mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen und kommuniziere klar auf Management- und Vorstandsebene.
