Job Purpose

This opportunity serves as a key Finance Business Partner responsible for providing financial insights, business analysis, and strategic support to the sales and site teams. This role is instrumental in driving financial performance and supporting in operational decision-making. Furthermore, as a key member of a site management team, and in their role as Finance Business Partner (Site Controller) will act as a trusted business partner to the Head of Site, providing financial insight and strategic support to the site management team.

Seevetal or Eygelshoven (with travel to other A-Gas locations)

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic business partnering, delivering measurable commercial or operational improvements through financial insight, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor / master's degree in business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-national finance environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
  • Experience representing Finance in cross-functional and leadership-level meetings.

Desirable

  • Background in a mid-sized enterprise, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.
  • Familiar with Great Plains, Cognos/TM1 software.
