Pharmasuite MES Engineer

We are looking for experienced
PharmaSuite Engineers
to support and deliver MES solutions within regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This role is suited to professionals with strong hands-on experience in Emerson PharmaSuite and the ability to work effectively in German-speaking project teams across Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement
    Emerson PharmaSuite (MES)
    solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites
  • Lead or contribute to MES project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Work closely with production, quality, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient MES solutions
  • Develop and execute validation documentation in line with
    GMP, GAMP 5
    , and site standards (URS, FDS, IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Support MES integrations with DCS, PLC, ERP, and other site systems
  • Provide troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing support for live PharmaSuite environments
  • Participate in FAT/SAT activities and site-based commissioning

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with
    Emerson PharmaSuite
    in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of
    GMP-regulated environments
    and MES validation
  • Experience working on shop floor systems and manufacturing operations
  • Fluent
    German
    (spoken and written) is essential
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Germany or Switzerland as required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
