Unsere Serviceline
Wahlleistungen und Patientenmanagement
ist spezialisiert auf die Erlösbereiche ärztlicher Wahlleistungen, Privatliquidation und Wahlleistung Unterkunft sowie auf die Ablaufprozesse im Patientenmanagement, welche insbesondere die Patientenaufnahme, -administration und -abrechnung betreffen.

Für diesen Bereich suchen wir bundesweit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt hochmotivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als

Expert Associate / Consultant (m/w/d),

die Freude an selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Tätigkeit in einem unserer Büros, aus dem Homeoffice sowie bei unseren Klienten vor Ort haben.

WELCHE AUFGABEN DICH ERWARTEN.

  • Unterstützung unserer Klienten rund um die Themenstellungen Wahlleistungen und Patientenmanagement
  • Durchführen von Potenzial- und Prozessanalysen
  • Optimierung von Wahlleistungs-, Abrechnungs- und Patientenprozessen
  • Modellierung von Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Erstellen von Präsentations- und Verhandlungsunterlagen
  • Steuerung und Umsetzungsbegleitung von Projekten

WAS WIR VON DIR ERWARTEN.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Gesundheitsökonomie, Betriebswirtschaft, Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus oder im Bereich Healthcare-Beratung sind ein Plus
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Prozess- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Strukturiertes, selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Umfangreiche MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
