Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt nach einem Country Procurement Specialist Mechanical HVAC (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin.

Stellenbeschreibung

Ziele der Position

  • Verantwortung einkaufsrelevanter Themen im HVAC-Bereich
  • Aufbau eines Lieferantenmanagementsystems und eines Einkaufscontrollings
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Einkaufsstrategien

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige taktische Verhandlung von Geschäftsbedingungen und proaktive Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
  • Prüfung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Angebote und Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit
  • End-to-End Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Abteilung auf Projektebene
  • Prozessmanagement (schrittweise Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse, Einhaltung der Prozesse und Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter)
  • Bewertung lokaler Lieferanten (basierend auf der Gesamtstrategie, um den Gesamtwert des Eigentums sicherzustellen)
  • Konsultationen mit internen Interessenvertretern (Austausch von Know-How)
  • Zusammenarbeit bei der Erstellung von Standarddesigns
  • Marktbeobachtung
  • Durchführung von Nachunternehmerbewertungen
  • Mitwirkung in interdisziplinären Projekten und Fachkreisen
Qualifikationen
  •  
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und der Auftragsvergabe von HLK-Lieferanten und Materialien oder mindestens 3 Jahre technische Erfahrung in einer verwandten Kategorie
  • Einen Studienabschluss im technischen Bereich, Bauingenieurwesen oder TGA
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • AutoCAD- und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Eine kommunikative, offene Herangehensweise mit einem seriösen Auftreten und positiver Ausstrahlung
  • Hands-On-Mentalität mit strukturierter und gleichzeitig flexibler Arbeitsweise
