Job Title: SAP RE-FX Consultant (Real Estate Management)

Location: Germany (Remote with 1 day/week in the office)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and solid understanding of finance processes, lease accounting, and SAP S/4HANA. You will work in a hybrid setup-primarily remote with one day per week in the office-collaborating closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP RE-FX solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP RE-FX solutions.

Integrate RE-FX with related SAP Finance modules (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-CA) within S/4HANA.

Advise on real estate and lease accounting processes, including IFRS 16 compliance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in configuration, testing, training, and go-live support activities.

Provide expert consulting (internal/external) and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional project environments.

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics, IT, or a related field.

Several years of experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant with proven project success.

Deep technical knowledge of SAP RE-FX and related SAP Finance submodules (e.g., FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-CA).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of real estate management and lease accounting (especially IFRS 16).

Consulting experience (internal or external) with the ability to work in fast-paced project settings.

Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Language skills:

German: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

English: good working knowledge
