IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Global Category Manager at Envalior, you will develop and implement global sourcing strategies for direct spend categories, ensuring that procurement activities align with corporate goals and deliver Total Cost of Ownership savings. You will actively lead cross-functional sourcing teams, driving supplier performance and risk mitigation across regions. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new sourcing methods and supplier partnerships to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Define and deploy category strategies in line with corporate procurement guidelines.
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage key supplier relationships.
• Drive contract implementation and ensure compliance across regions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and participate in supplier audits.
• Foster collaboration between category managers and contract owners (COMs).
• Represent Direct Spend in category planning and contribute to procurement strategy development.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or category management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
• Confident, self-driven, hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore new areas.
• Fluent in English (negotiation level); German is a plus.
