Main Responsibilities

• Adapt and transcreate marketing materials, including website content, app interfaces, PPC ads, and campaigns from English into German, ensuring market relevance for Nord Security products
• Create blog posts based on briefs and suggest ideas for new content
• Proofread German content, monitor content across websites and apps, and provide feedback to maintain quality
• Develop content for external partners, including advertorials, newsletter copy, or similar materials for affiliates and influencers
• Support the PR department with transcreations of press releases
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messages that inspire action
• Switch between writing styles and formats to meet the needs of different audiences
• Stay updated on technology, cybersecurity, travel, and innovation trends

Core Requirements

• 1+ years of full-time copywriting and/or localization/translation experience (freelance or employed) with a portfolio or content links
• Interested in the close collaboration with other departments like, SEO, Influencers and Affiliates teams and willing to take on related tasks to support local market development
• Fluent English skills
• Basic SEO knowledge; GEO knowledge is a plus
• Experience with translation tools (e.g., Crowdin) or project management tools (e.g., Jira) is welcome but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Ability to collaborate with local and global teams, as well as other departments (SEO, Influencers, Affiliates)
