What you'll build

As an Operations Support for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of CX, you will work directly on creating content for SAP Board and customer presentations. You may need to handle data and statistics, revise presentations, and enrich them with additional information. Your role also includes supporting various programs and assisting with the daily coordination of a wide range of topics.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, working very independently, geek in visual design is a plus
• Other important skills/experience: Understanding of data, research and usage of GenAI tools, marketing and customer experience, Enterprise Architecture
• Working from office (Garching, Munich) is required from time to time and can be negotiated with the manager 

Where you belong

You will work directly for the CTO of CX. The CTO and the team are responsible for Cross Architecture, Reference Business Architecture, and AI across the entire Customer Experience organization, which includes several thousand employees. This involves coordinating company-wide initiatives as well as representing the organization to customers. The goal is to develop the best AI Suite—fully integrated with SAP's backend processes—covering Commerce, Loyalty, Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
