As our AI and Automation Systems Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving technological efficiency across Leapsome. This cross-functional role provides you with the opportunity to enhance the entire organization by integrating AI and automation into existing and new workflows and systems. You'll collaborate with business leaders to architect and implement automation and AI-enhanced solutions, while taking full ownership of some of our most important cross-functional systems that accelerate this transformation (like Notion, Zapier, OpenAI, etc.), and enabling teams to embrace these technologies. This position combines hands-on technical implementation with strategic planning, enabling you to make a significant impact while continuing to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate with our operations and leadership teams to establish, prioritize, and execute Leapsome's internal automation and AI productivity strategy and roadmap.
• Analytics & Measurement: Based on this, analyze cross-functional systems to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement. Define metrics to monitor progress and adoption, driving continuous improvement.
• Automation Development: Putting the analysis outcomes into practice, design, and implement automations using tools like Zapier, Notion, HubSpot, OKTA, etc. to reduce manual tasks and improve data flows.
• AI Infusion: Wherever possible, infuse AI into processes, workflows, and systems using OpenAI API, , Notion AI, Zapier AI, Gemini, etc. to increase effectiveness and efficiency at the same time
• System Integration: Build seamless integrations between internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to ensure efficient data flow across platforms.
• Training & Enablement: Enable the team & facilitate training, both in live sessions and with e.g. videos and documentation, to develop capabilities and promote automation and AI proficiency across the organization.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Helping the team with day-to-day requests around the systems that you are owning and troubleshooting technical and process issues when they appear
• Governance & Security: Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and responsible AI tool deployment while maintaining procurement best practices.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ownership, autonomy, and comfort with accountability for outcomes in past roles, side projects, or independent initiatives.
• AI & Automation Enthusiasm: Strong interest in AI applications and automation technologies, with a drive to stay current with emerging tools and methodologies.
• Technical Foundation: Experience with AI-assisted coding (e.g., Python, Notion formulas), and familiarity with knowledge and automation tools, importantly, Zapier and Notion
• Project Implementation Experience: Proven track record of successfully owning projects and implementing solutions in cross-functional environments.
• Adaptable & Curious Generalist: Ability and eagerness to rapidly adopt and master new technologies, driven by practical learning and genuine curiosity.
• Problem-Solving Orientation: Strong focus on delivering practical solutions to business challenges through fast application and solution iteration
• Analytical & Structured Thinking: Comfort in translating ideas into documented, repeatable processes and making data-driven decisions to optimize workflows.
• Comms & Collaboration: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally, explain technical concepts to non-technical folks, and build consensus around solutions.
