Technician/Techniker (m/f/d, temporary contract) - Instandhaltung Produktionsanlagen

What you will do

• Maintenance of production facilities in the BMAG area (metallization, grinding and etching)

• Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (advanced plant knowledge)

• Carrying out preventive maintenance

• Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (also in cooperation with external companies)

• Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)

• Improvement of system technology / performance and processes

• Detection of failure focal points & execution of process optimizations

• Exchange of information with other users / maintenance

• Determining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts

• Training of operational production employees with regard to standardized service work

• Fault and service documentation

• Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments such as other support groups

What you will need

• State-certified technician specializing in electrical engineering or similar (electrical specialist mandatory)

• Relevant professional experience in a technical environment (maintenance/production)

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction

• Independent and quality-conscious way of working

• Planning and organizational skills as well as communication skills

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich BMAG (Metallisierung, Schleifen und Ätzen)

• Ausführung von Fehlersuche & Reparaturen (erweiterte Anlagenkenntnisse)

• Durchführung vorbeugender Instandhaltung

• Koordination und Abnahme übergreifender Servicearbeiten (auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Firmen)

• Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften (z. B. DGUV, etc.)

• Verbesserung der Anlagentechnik /-performance sowie Prozesse

• Aufspüren von Ausfallschwerpunkten & Ausführung von Prozessoptimierungen

• Informationsaustausch mit anderen Usern / Instandhaltung

• Bestimmung von kritischen Ersatzteilen & Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilversorgung

• Ausbildung der operativen Produktionsmitarbeiter bzgl. standardisierter Servicearbeiten

• Fehler und Servicedokumentation

• Abwicklung fertigungsinterner Projekte und Ansprechpartner bei Anlageninstallationen und Umzügen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie z.B. anderen Supportgruppen

Ihr Profil

• Staatlich geprüfter Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik o.ä. (zwingend Elektrofachkraft)

• Relevante Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld (Instandhaltung/Produktion)

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Halbleiterproduktion oder Sondermaschinenbau

• Eigenständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
