The PSI Group develops software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities and industry. As an independent software producer with more than 2,300 employees, PSI has been a technology leader since 1969 for process control systems that ensure sustainable energy supply, production and logistics by combining AI methods with industrially proven optimization methods. The innovative industry products can be operated on-premises or in the cloud.

As Interim Senior Vice President Marketing & Communication you are responsible for managing our global B2B marketing and communication activities. You will be in charge of all marketing channels and functions such as online marketing, content marketing, design & brand, field marketing and product marketing, and lead an international team of marketing experts.

This is a temporary position as maternity cover until October 2027.

Tasks inspiring you
  • Global strategic and operational responsibility for all marketing channels and functions (online, brand, events, product marketing, field marketing, etc.)
  • Full responsibility for budget planning, controlling and KPI monitoring
  • Development and management of effective multi-channel marketing strategies for lead generation and brand positioning Leadership and further development of the global marketing team (40 experts)
  • Strengthening the PSI brand in a global context and support internationalization
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, PR&IR and all business units
  • Managing and further development of our Internal Communication activities
  • You are reporting directly into the CEO
Qualifications that inspire us
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing within the software industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading both onsite and remote teams Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with technical products
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on leadership style with expertise in building and scaling hybrid marketing teams ·
  • Excellent analytical mindset; highly data-driven and outcome-oriented Outstanding problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Open-minded, flexible, and pragmatic approach
  • Fluency in German and English; Polish is a plus
