Tasks:

• Analyze and gather business requirements from specialist departments

• Create and maintain requirements, user stories, and use cases for Wowinex

• Contribute to the further development and optimization of the ERP software

• Coordinate with development teams regarding the functional implementation

• Support the testing process (e.g., test planning, execution, documentation)

• Evaluate new requirements in terms of feasibility and impact

• Prepare and conduct customer workshops for requirements clarification

• Coordinate interface requirements and extensions

Profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training, university degree, or comparable qualification

• Knowledge of housing industry processes

• Experience in requirements management, ideally in an ERP environment

• Understanding of software development and structured requirements work

• Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable working style

• Strong communication skills and the ability to formulate requirements clearly

• Initial practical experience in test management is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German
