Project Management Specialist

As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of project reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve working closely with the project team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of weekly/monthly project reporting
- Maintaining KPI dashboards and PowerBI for the project
- Leading APSYS and Project Continuos Improvement plans for the project
- Developing and implementing quality processes
- Supporting the project management team with regular updates of the project management plan and other relevant project plans
- Supporting risk & opportunity (ROO) processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
