We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead operations at a dental clinic in Munich. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and strong organizational skills. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, tech-forward company in the orthodontic space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall clinic performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate a growing team of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff.
  • Communicate company vision and foster a high-performing, aligned team culture.
  • Monitor and report on sales goals and conversion rates on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage clinic budget and objectives; analyze results and implement improvement plans.
  • Build strong connections with patients to inspire confidence and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and accurate tracking procedures.
  • Handle escalated patient issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Organize and coordinate clinical staff scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, performance feedback, and when necessary, contract terminations.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal and hygiene standards.
  • Support marketing initiatives including hosting influencers, photo shoots, and potential appearances in social media videos.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through excellent customer experience and clinic presentation.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in the dental or healthcare sector is a strong plus.

Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset.

Strong goal orientation and independence in daily work.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Fluent in German and English (required)
