IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Identifizierung von Motorparametern für leistungselektronisch gespeiste Motoren und automatisierte Testentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Routinen zur Identifizierung von Motorparametern für leistungselektronisch gespeiste Elektromotoren (z. B. Induktionsmotoren, Synchron-Reluktanzmotoren)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Code für automatisierte Testsequenzen zur Messung von Motorparametern (Statorwiderstand, Induktivitäten, Rotorzeitkonstante usw.)
  • Implementierung und Validierung von Testalgorithmen zur Motoridentifizierung bei niedriger Drehzahl oder im Stillstand
  • Analyse der Testergebnisse und Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Genauigkeit und Robustheit der Identifizierungsroutinen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ingenieurteams zur Integration automatisierter Tests in bestehende Wechselrichter-Firmware oder Prüfstände
  • Dokumentation von Testverfahren, Ergebnissen und Code zur späteren Verwendung und zum Wissensaustausch

IHR PROFIL

  • Studium (vorzugsweise Masterstudium) in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über elektrische Maschinen (insbesondere Induktions- und Synchron-Reluktanz Motoren) und deren Steuerungsprinzipien
  • Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen wie Python, MATLAB oder C/C++ (Erfahrung mit eingebetteten Systemen oder Testautomatisierung ist von Vorteil)
  • Vertrautheit mit Labor-Messgeräten (Oszilloskop, Leistungsanalysator usw.) ist von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst zu arbeiten
  • Motivation, zu lernen und zu innovativen Motorsteuerungslösungen beizutragen
