Your Role and Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and achieve sales/profit targets
- Develop and maintain customer business plans and ensure alignment between customer requirements and global goals
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions of sales according to company policies
- Travel activity to customer sites in Europe as required and regularly meet with customer to develop and drive the joint strategy
- Update of EU Market Insights and Analysis Report for Headquarters to create sales opportunities or avoid business risks
- Investigate and help to resolve customer issues and feedback to HQ
Profile:
- Experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in IT industry
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English. Chinese language desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
- Flexible structures and flat hierarchies
- Working independently from the first day
