  • Als Head of (Big) Data Management Services liegt Dein Fokus auf der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Fullstack-Teams (u.a. Technical Product Ownern, Engineers, Team Manager, ~40 Mitarbeiter).
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team verantwortest du die (Weiter-) Entwicklung von kundenorientierten Services mit Fokus auf Big Data Management-Lösungen für unser zentrales Auskunfteisystem (Java, Maven, Kafka, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Du bringst Initiativen der Transformation voran und legst viel Wert auf einen offenen Austausch auf Augenhöhe. Darüber hinaus koordinierst Du externe Partner und nutzt Dein Netzwerk für den Aufbau neuer Kooperationen.
  • Fachübergreifend und lean-orientiert optimierst Du unsere Entwicklungsprozesse und -methoden, sowie unsere automatisierte Product-Pipeline. Immer mit dem Ziel einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Time to Market und Qualität.
  • Du bist Coach und Mentor für Deine Mitarbeiter, schaffst ein vertrauensvolles, motivierendes Umfeld, förderst individuelle Entwicklungspotentiale und ermutigst zu einer selbstbestimmenden, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
  • Bei fachübergreifenden Themen wie Technology-Management arbeitest Du eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, koordinierst SCHUFA-weite Communities und gehst neue, innovative Themen (z. B. AWS Cloud Services, Delta Lake, Spark, Hadoop, ...) proaktiv an.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Full-Stack-Developer (m/w/d) mit folgenden Fähigkeiten:

  • Fachliche Erfahrung: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere in der Entwicklung von Front- und Backend-Anwendungen, der Konfiguration von Systemen und der Implementierung von Datenbanken.
  • Flexibilität: Sie sind flexibel und können sich schnell an neue Technologien und Tools anpassen.
  • Passt ins Team: Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und können sich gut in ein agiles Umfeld einfügen.
  • Erscheinungsbild: Sie haben ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild und sind ein guter Kommunikator.
