We are seeking a skilled
Senior Marketing Associate
to join our fast-growing team and contribute to the planning and execution of our marketing and PR initiatives. This is a highly visible role and will play a crucial part in ensuring that BITA is effectively advertising our product suite and wins to target clients. As such, knowledge of the indexing industry and/ or products tracking indices is a key requirement of the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing manager to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, events, announcements)
  • Measure performance of marketing and PR campaigns and keep organized records.
  • Maintain contacts within the wider industry ecosystem to drive PR campaigns.
  • Research our competitiveness vis-à-vis other Indexing players.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal and external distribution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven work experience
    as a Marketing and/ or PR associate; experience within the Indexing industry is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
    (design, web analytics, Google adwords, SEO campaigns, coding, familiarity with AI tools)
  • Knowledge of CRMs
    such a Hubspot, Salesforce etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Dynamic, ambitious, and driven
    – with a relentless focus on results

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
    (experience in the Indexing industry or related industries such as ETFs is highly desirable)
  • Good
    product knowledge
    in indices or products tracking indices
  • Strong
    network
    in the Indexing ecosystem
  • Proven
    record
    of independently developing and running marketing and/ or PR campaigns
  • Native or highly fluent
    English speaker
  • Coding in Python
    is desirable
