MCF Corporate Finance is a leading corporate finance, M&A, and debt advisory firm with offices across Europe. We specialise in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, and together with our strategic partner, D.A. Davidson & Co., we work on the origination and execution of transatlantic deals under the brand D.A. Davidson MCF International.

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for interns throughout the year
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, reference letters, and other HR documents
  • Support recruitment by publishing job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining professional communication with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR data in our HR system (Personio)
  • Ensure HR records and documentation are kept up to date and well organised

Profil

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Fluent in both German and English
