​ That's how you get involved and move us forward: To advise and support customers during the course of the service process.Vehicle turnover is conducted together with the customer at the time of drop off.Services to be performed, costs, possible additional services and completion timeframes are to be thoroughly discussed with the customer.Communication between the workshop and the customer is to be maintained during the entire service procedure as required.Upon completion of the final inspection following the service appointment, the invoice is to be prepared, the vehicle handed back over to the customer and all services performed and costs accrued are to be discussed in detail with the customer.  That's how we fit together: Successfully completed training in commercial education as well as technical understandingSeveral years of professional experience as an automotive mechanic or service consultant Optional advanced training in the car tradeConscientious and responsible way of workingHigh work quality standardsTurnover and cost-oriented problem solving skillsStrong customer service skillsIndependent thinking and action assessment skillsStrong negotiating skillsEfficient time management skillsEnglish and German language skills are beneficialTeam and inter-department communication skillsWillingness for further education and further development Your Benefits
