About Vanatari

At Vanatari, we create high-quality, vegan supplement brands to support holistic health. We have a strong eCommerce presence with our Brands Vegavero and wowtamins and we are looking to drive further profitable growth. Our team of 30+ based in Berlin is passionate, fast-moving, and ready to scale — and we're looking for someone to support the day-to-day operations and webshop execution for our 2 brands, helping to keep our webshops running smoothly.

Your Role

As eCommerce Manager, you will manage the
day-to-day operation of our Shopify D2C stores
, including product launches, content updates, and webshop maintenance. You will also support the implementation of online campaigns, collaborating with Design & Product to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly on the webshop. Additionally, you will
monitor shop performance and help identify opportunities for growth
, contributing to ongoing improvements across the shops.

Reporting directly to the eCommerce Lead, you will help ensure that the webshop remains a
high-performing, revenue-driving channel
, while gaining hands-on experience in Shopify operations and cross-functional eCommerce execution.

What You'll Do:

Webshop Optimization

  • Work daily on the maintenance and optimization of our D2C shops (Shopify)
  • Execute online campaign implementations with a strong alignment with the Social Media Team
  • Working closely together with the Design & Product Development Team for shop related needs (e.g. campaigns, products, pages).
  • Managing the launch of new products and ensuring that all required data and content are complete and ready for publication.
  • Updating and maintaining all areas of the Shopify shop, including homepage, collection pages, product pages, etc.
  • Keep track of product stock levels and take action accordingly.
  • Discovering optimization potential

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities and site improvements
  • Analyze key metrics like CVR, AOV, CLV, NC vs RC
  • Execute data exports and imports
  • Build metric specific reports

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce
  • Working with Shopify is your daily business
  • Being comfortable with managing high-performing Shopify webshops
  • Strong analytical mindset and data literacy (getklar, Excel, etc.)
  • Quick understanding of eCommerce Setup and comfortable around common Shopify tools like "Matrixify", "Translate & Adapt" etc.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams on e-commerce initiatives.
  • Fluent in English (German or another EU language is a plus)
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and building meaningful consumer brands

Nice to Have:

  • First experience with Google Analytics 4
  • Familiar with modern selling techniques in the eCommerce space
  • General understanding of Newsletter Marketing
  • General understanding of shop guidelines (Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions)
  • First experience with AB-Testing
