YOUR TASKS
Manage FPA contracts for cranes and installation companiesCoordinate contractual matters between Site Managers and CTBU ManagementLead coordination between Project Management and Sourcing regarding contract topicsSupport the Construction department in handling claims from/to subcontractors according to applicable contract clausesAssist the Construction department in validating certifications and preparing monthly cost reportsTake the lead in financially closing construction projects by negotiating claims and additional costsGenerate KPIs for the recovery of non-conformitiesResponsible for evaluating and qualifying contracts for management approvalYOUR PROFILE
Degree in Law or a combined degree in Business Administration and LawMinimum of 3 years' experience managing third-party contractsPrevious experience in the renewable energy sector is a plusEnglish proficiency is essential (minimum B2–C1 level). German and Spanish are advantageousAbility to collaborate across functions, departments, and countriesStrong communication and teamwork skillsHighly organized, proactive, and methodical with a problem-solving mindsetComfortable working under deadline pressure in project-driven environmentsYOUR BENEFITS
