You'll be joining a fast-growing startup at the exciting intersection of AI and Life Sciences. We're backed by Y Combinator, and have recently raised a Seed round from top-tier investors to fuel our next phase of global expansion. About the role In short: Shape how Cellbyte grows, serves customers, and evolves its product. Your key responsibilities:Identify and engage new pharma clients, building long-term, value-driven partnerships.Work with existing customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear product and business requirements.Combine commercial understanding with analytical skills to address complex business challenges.Collaborate closely with the founders and product team on market and product strategy.
You might be a fit if…You have professional experience in a experience in pharma consulting or in a commercial pharma function (e.g. pricing,market access, launch excellence).You have a strong analytical mindset; familiarity with data tools or coding is a plus.You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you turn ideas into clarity and high-impact solutions.You thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment, continuously willing to learn and understand customers.You have a get-it-done attitude, deeply committed, and willing to go the extra mile when it matters, because you care deeply about the problems you're solving and the quality of your work.
