Your Job Mission
To strengthen our
Sales
department in Cologne, we are looking for you as a student assistant (m/f/d) to
start immediately
. As a responsible and committed individual, you will support our Trade Activation Team in administrative tasks and various projects.

Your Tasks – Exciting And Varied

• Supporting colleagues in assisting our sales representatives with regard to our dealer e-commerce platform
• Responsibility for database management and maintenance, as well as checking customer data and processing it in the CRM system and Excel
• Independently creating FAQs, help guides, and operating instructions
• Supporting our online customers
• Assisting with customer inquiries, inquiries from our customer service center, and our field service

Your Profile – Communicative And Organized

• Relevant education: You are a registered student (m/f/d) in an economics or comparable degree program
• Your availability: You are available immediately for at least 1 year and for 15-20 hours per week
• Practical experience: Ideally, you have some initial experience from internships or working student positions
• Personal strengths: You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and are highly flexible. You are also reliable and complete your tasks accurately, independently, and efficiently.
• Language and application skills: You have business fluent written and spoken German and are confident and skilled in using common Office programs. You also have a basic knowledge of English for confident communication.
