Job SummaryWe areseeking a technically skilled Wealth Management Business Analyst with a strongengineering background (coding experience for integrations is preferred.) tobridge business/vendors and IT teams across advisory, discretionary portfoliomanagement, and investment operations. The role ensures that technologysolutions support regulatory, operational, and strategic goals within thewealth domain. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, designingand enhancing wealth systems, managing integrations across systems. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Design• Gather, analyze, and documentfunctional and non -functional requirements for wealth management processes(advisory, discretionary mandates, order management, client profiling,suitability/appropriateness).• Collaborate with PortfolioManagement, Advisory, Compliance, and Operations teams to validate ITsolutions.• Support integrations with corebanking, custody platforms, brokerage engines, market -data vendors,performance/analytics systems, and regulatory reporting (MiFID II, KIDs).Implementation & Support• Lead or support system configuration,testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and post -implementation reviews for wealth managementplatforms.• Provide second -line productionsupport and troubleshooting issues across order routing, portfolio valuation,pricing, and position -keeping workflows.• Coordinate with external vendors(e.g., Avaloq, Temenos WealthSuite, FIS, Advent, Upvest APIs), data providers(Bloomberg/WM Daten, Refinitiv), and internal IT teams.Documentation & Compliance• Maintain business processdocumentation, user guides, and solution design artifacts.• Ensure alignment with IT governance,wealth -specific regulations (MiFID II, ESG/SFDR), suitability rules,transaction reporting, and internal risk controls. RequirementsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, orEngineering.• 5+ years of Business Analyst experiencein banking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Investment Operations.• Strong knowledge of investment products(equities, bonds, funds/ETFs, structured products, FX) and portfolio lifecycleprocesses.• Experience with wealth platforms (Avaloq,Temenos, FIS, SimCorp, Advent/Black Diamond, Upvest, Trade Republic APIs, orsimilar).• Skills in SQL, data analysis (Excel/Power BI),API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), and understanding of microservices/APIgateways.Key Competencies• Strong analytical and problem -solvingskills.• Excellent English; German knowledgeis a strong advantage.• Effective communication and vendor -managementskills.• Detail -oriented, proactive, andcustomer -focused mindset.• Ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast -paced environment.
