Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Unit Controller with strong experience in production controlling, FP&A, and operational performance management. The ideal candidate brings an industrial or manufacturing background and acts as a strategic partner to Production, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive FP&A activities for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly results analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Lead operational controlling with a focus on production KPIs (OEE, scrap,yield, productivity, throughput) and cost-driver transparency.
  • Manage sales and volume analysis, including price/volume/mix effects, contribution margin trends,and customer/product profitability.
  • Partner with plant management to analyze capacity utilization, cost variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and optimize data-driven dashboards and automated reporting tools to support real-time decision-making.
  • Support the business with scenario modeling, cost simulations, CapEx evaluations, and strategic planning.
  • Ensure robust internal controls,accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.

Profile Requirements

  • 6 + years of experience in production controlling, plant controlling, or industrial FPCA.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent skills in Excel/Power BI (or similar tools).

  • Proven ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights.

  • Hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable working closely with operations and sales.

  • Industrial, manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, FMCG, or other production- focused backgrounds preferred.
