Aufgaben
  • Um weiter zu wachsen, sind wir auf der Suche nach selbständigen IT-Supportern (Computer + Smartphone). Du hilfst von Deinem Arbeitsplatz aus Kunden weiter, die Probleme rund um den Computer und/oder Smartphone haben – vom Treiberproblem bis zur Virenbeseitigung oder App-Installation.
Qualifikation
  • Du bist ein Computer-Ass und/oder Smartphone Ass. Dabei ist uns egal ob du deine Kenntnisse in der Informatik-Ausbildung, als Sys-Admin oder im Apple Support gewonnen hast
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß daran, Kunden bei der Lösung ihrer Probleme zu helfen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Fernwartungs-Software (z.B. TeamViewer)
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
