Was erwartet dich?
  • Du entwickelst, implementierst und überwachst Qualitätsrichtlinien, Standards und Prozesse
  • Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen durch und stellst die Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben sicher
  • Du kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Lieferant:innen und TÜV-Institutionen im In- und Ausland
  • Du dokumentierst und analysierst Qualitätskennzahlen, leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab und verfolgst deren Umsetzung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb zusammen, um Qualitätsanforderungen mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein durchgängig zu gewährleisten
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Systeme und Prozesse ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Audits mit
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert in einem intensiven Arbeitsumfeld und hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens Level C1)
