Als Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/x) gestaltest Du die technische Basis der Salesfive Group entscheidend mit. Deine Rolle vereint operative Systemadministration mit strategischer Infrastrukturplanung: Du betreust virtuelle und physische Systeme, entwickelst Automatisierungslösungen, setzt Monitoring- und Backup-Strategien um und wirkst an Sicherheits- sowie Architekturentscheidungen mit. Dabei bringst Du Dein Know-how zu Linux, Windows, Virtualisierung, IaaS-Plattformen und Automatisierung ein und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Infrastruktur. Mit Deinem Einsatz stellst Du sicher, dass unsere technische Umgebung leistungsfähig, sicher und zukunftsorientiert bleibt.

Aufgaben

  • Erstelle und verwalte virtuelle Maschinen mit Proxmox

  • Konfiguriere, warte und optimiere Open-Source-Software in unserer Infrastruktur

  • Analysiere Fehler und behebe Infrastrukturprobleme zuverlässig

  • Entwirf und implementiere Backup-Strategien inklusive Tests

  • Richte Monitoring- und Patch-Management-Systeme ein

  • Verantworte den Aufbau und die Konfiguration physischer Server bei Bedarf

  • Wirke an Infrastrukturplanung und Architekturentscheidungen mit, inkl. Rechenzentrumsinitiativen

  • Unterstütze bei Sicherheitsentscheidungen und deren Umsetzung

  • Übernimm administrative Aufgaben im Umgang mit Datenbanksoftware

  • Arbeite mit IaaS-Plattformen und entwickle Automatisierungsskripte sowie Build-Systeme

  • Trage zu Projekten zur Standardisierung und Optimierung der Infrastruktur bei

Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse in Systemkonfiguration und -administration, Netzwerkkonfiguration und Fehlerbehebung sowie Sicherheitsimplementierung und Best Practices

  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Windows-Serverumgebungen

  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Datenbanksoftware (keine DBA-Rolle)

  • Praxiswissen im Umgang mit Cloud-/IaaS-Plattformen

  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Skriptsprachen, von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Build-Systemen wie Jenkins/GitHub Actions

  • Erfahrung mit Virtuellen Maschinen (VMs), Docker-Containerisierung und Proxmox-Virtualisierungsplattform

  • Führerschein für gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze am Standort Hattingen

  • Fähigkeit zum physischen Aufbau und zur Konfiguration von Server-Hardware

  • Strategisches Denkvermögen für Infrastrukturplanung

  • Selbstmotivation, analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse für technische Kommunikation
