Als IT Projektleiter:in (m/w/d) hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Expertise in IT-Projektmanagement und deine Führungskompetenzen in einem der innovativsten Tech-Unternehmen zu entfalten. Von der Projektplanung über das Ressourcenmanagement bis hin zur erfolgreichen Implementierung neuer Technologien – die Leitung eines unserer Projekte bietet dir die ideale Plattform, um deine Visionen umzusetzen. Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Führungskräften zusammen, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und den Erfolg unserer IT-Lösungen sicherzustellen. 

Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Projekte, einschließlich Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung und Qualität der Projektergebnisse
  • Förderung und Ausbau unseres agilen Mindsets
  • Enger Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern, um die Projektziele erfolgreich zu erreichen


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Berufserfahrung (4+ Jahre) im IT-Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und -architektur, vorzugsweise in .NET C# oder Java
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
Plus, kein Muss:
  • Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2)
