Radar Hardware & RF (Principal/Engineer)

  • Your Mission:
    Lead or support the architecture, design, and validation of the physical radar system components, focusing on
    RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave sub-systems
    (e.g., Transmitters/Receivers, Antenna Arrays, T/R Modules).
  • Your Expertise:
    Deep knowledge of
    RF/Microwave Hardware Design
    for radar/communication systems, Antenna Theory (Phased Arrays/AESA), and proficiency with
    RF simulation tools
    (CST, Keysight ADS).

Embedded Software (MCU/MPU/FPGAs)

  • Your Mission:
    Develop and optimize the critical control and interface software in
    C/C++
    for our core hardware. This includes programming
    Microcontrollers (MCUs), Microprocessors (MPUs) and FPGAs
    , developing
    Hardware Drivers
    , and working with
    RTOS/Linux
    .
  • Your Expertise:
    Extensive
    C/C++
    experience for embedded systems, deep knowledge of MCUs/MPUs (ARM Cortex), and familiarity with standard debugging tools.

Wireless Communication Engineer

  • Your Mission:
    Be the expert in implementing robust,
    secure, and high-speed wireless data links
    (Command/Control and Data Relay). This involves designing the link, integrating
    RF transceivers
    , and optimizing
    PHY/MAC layer protocols
    on embedded processors.
  • Your Expertise:
    Strong background in designing and testing wireless communication systems, deep knowledge of
    RF front-end components
    , and
    Digital Signal Processing
    for communications.

Mechatronics Engineer (Radar Systems)

  • Your Mission:
    Integrate mechanical and electronic systems to create robust, mobile radar platforms. Key focus areas include
    Mechanical/Enclosure Design
    (CAD/FEA),
    Thermal Management
    (cooling systems for high-power RF components), and
    Motion Control
    (motor control theory, gimbals) for antenna positioning.
  • Your Expertise:
    Solid experience in mechanical design and electronics integration, expertise in
    Thermal Management techniques
    , and
    motor control theory
    .

System and Process Experts

  • Test Engineer:
    Design and execute
    automated tests (Python)
    and test plans (HIL, Performance, Regression) for complex hardware/software integrated systems.

    Define, document, and manage functional/non-functional requirements, serving as the crucial link between business needs and technical execution.
  • Project Manager:
    Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of complex technical projects, driving
    cross-functional team leadership
