Wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund
Die konstruktive Analyse beschäftigt sich damit, Maschinen, Geräte und Werkzeuge in der Produktion systematisch zu untersuchen – insbesondere im Hinblick auf ihren Aufbau, die verwendeten Materialien und ihre Funktionsweise. Die Gestaltung dieser Elemente ist entscheidend, um Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit in industriellen Prozessen sicherzustellen.

Gerade in forensischen Reinraumproduktionen kommt der konstruktiven Auslegung eine besondere Bedeutung zu: Prozesse müssen reproduzierbar sein, Kontaminationen zuverlässig vermieden werden und strenge regulatorische sowie qualitative Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Moderne Methoden wie CAD-Modellierung, Finite-Elemente-Analysen und Simulationen werden eingesetzt, um Funktionalität, Robustheit und Effizienz von Produktionssystemen zu bewerten.

Ergänzend dazu spielen
Business-Development-Aspekte und Produktionssteuerung
eine zentrale Rolle. Die technische Auslegung von Anlagen und Prozessen steht in engem Zusammenhang mit wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen, Skalierbarkeit, Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen sowie einer effizienten Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktion.

Die Abschlussarbeit Konzentriert Sich Darauf

  • die konstruktiven und prozesstechnischen Aspekte einer Reinraumproduktion für forensische Testkits zu analysieren
  • technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen zu identifizieren und alternative Lösungsansätze unter Berücksichtigung von Lean-Six-Sigma-Prinzipien zu entwickeln
  • Optimierungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Komplexität, Kosten, Qualität und Effizienz zu bewerten und in einen belastbaren Business Case zu überführen
  • Schnittstellen zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion, Produktionssteuerung und Business Development zu untersuchen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Skalierbarkeit, Durchlaufzeiten und Wirtschaftlichkeit

  • Du studierst Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse in Technischer Konstruktion und CAD-Modellierung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung konstruktiver, prozesstechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen zählen zu deinen Stärken
  • Du hast Interesse an Business-Development-Themen, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie an der Verknüpfung technischer Lösungen mit wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude an der Anwendung wissenschaftlicher Methoden in der industriellen Praxis
