Proclinical is seeking a Communications Manager for a role based in Munich. This position focuses on managing and enhancing communication strategies within the rare disease and digital health space. You will play a key role in website management, content creation, social media, and stakeholder collaboration. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the WordPress-based website, ensuring functionality, brand alignment, and availability of legal documents.
  • Oversee multilingual content updates across 20 languages using WPML.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on design, SEO, multimedia, and new feature implementation.
  • Create and align communication plans with product releases, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with product owners and designers to align communication with product ideas.
  • Manage social media platforms, focusing on key events such as Rare Disease Day.
  • Oversee the communication approval process with stakeholders and investors.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies or freelancers for communication assets.
  • Support country-specific requests and contribute to the product support team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience with website management, including WordPress, Elementor, and IONOS hosting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and file management systems.
  • Strong skills in content creation, branding, and communication planning.
  • Ability to manage multilingual content and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in social media management and stakeholder collaboration.
