Working Student Value Engineering

This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how organizations create transparency on the business impact of Data & AI, manage their use case and data product portfolios more efficiently, and prioritize initiatives that truly deliver value.

As a Working Student in Value Engineering at Mindfuel, you'll support our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams in helping clients realize measurable outcomes with our SaaS platform Delight.

From day one, you'll contribute to real customer projects, from preparing workshops and value assessments to supporting adoption trials and executive presentations. You'll help shape how we deliver impact for our clients while learning the fundamentals of consulting, solution engineering, and customer value management.

Support Value Identification & Adoption Initiatives

• Assist the sales team in preparing demos, business cases, and customer presentations
• Help execute Proof-of-Value projects and explore how customers can benefit from our SaaS solution
• Contribute to internal and external workshops focused on product adoption and value realization

Support Customer Projects & Platform Configuration

• Collaborate with the Mindfuel Value Acceleration team on customer engagements
• Configure Delight to meet customer needs (with guidance from senior team members)
• Help set up workflows and automations in Delight and related tools

Contribute to Customer Success & Continuous Improvement

• Collect and document customer feedback for our product and GTM teams
• Help prepare management-level presentations and reports
• Contribute to best practice documentation and templates
• Support initiatives that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction

• You're currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and structure
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and methods
• Interest in Data & AI topics and how technology creates measurable business value
• Fluent in German and English

• First practical experience (internship, student job, or project work) in Data & Analytics, Consulting, or SaaS
• Familiarity with Python or low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n)
• A team-oriented attitude and openness to feedback
• Strong Spikeball or Table Tennis skills (our signature Mindfuel games)
