Knorr-Bremse begibt sich auf die Reise in die Welt der AI - und wir vom Transformation and Digitalization Office, gestalten und treiben diese Reise voran. Gemeinsam mit den beiden Geschäftsbereichen und dem gesamten Unternehmen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung beim AI Use Case Demand Management – Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Dokumentation und Organisation von AI-Anwendungsfällen bei KB (z. B. Verbesserung der Datenqualität, Clustering, Aufbau von Agenten zur Bewertung von AI-Anwendungsfall-Clustern, Verbindung des Datenaustauschs zwischen AI-Inventar und internem Reporting-Tool usw.). Unterstützung bei der AI-Lernreise, Übersicht, interner Abstimmung und Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von AI-Strategieinhalten für das Intranet (Web-Format), einschließlich Call-to-Actions und Nachrichten; Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Communities und der internen Kommunikation. Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation, einschließlich PowerPoint-Präsentationen für den Vorstand und das Top-Management
  • Unterstützung bei der Schaffung von Transparenz über die mit der Process-Mining-Lösung Celonis erzielten Vorteile – Sammlung und Konsolidierung von Daten zu den Vorteilen (Ist-Zahlen und Prognosen) unternehmensweit bei Knorr-Bremse, einschließlich Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsbereichen und Funktionen. Vorantreiben der Konsolidierung und Aktualisierung des Status pro Arbeitsbereich. Übernahme von Celonis-Admin-Aufgaben, um den Zugriff auf die Plattform und ihre Funktionsfähigkeit sicherzustellen
  • Community und Kommunikation – Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Agenda und der Sammlung von Inhalten für Know-How-Sitzungen zur Förderung von Digitalisierung und Innovation. Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie und des Kommunikationsplans

IHR PROFIL

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit AI ist von Vorteil
