Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining a new M&A team in Hamburg? We're looking for motivated individuals to be a part of our growth story.

What you'll do
  • Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
  • Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, to negotiations, marketing and legal processes
  • Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates
  • Conduct company and industry research
  • Prepare financial and valuation analyses


About you
  • Excellent educational background with a strong degree
  • Preferable relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutique, Management Consultancy, or other advisory, or other work experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high focused team environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
  • Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong skills in collaborative situations
