Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Are you at your best when supporting others? We're looking for someone to
- support the Head of Wealth Management Domestic, Germany and the WM Europe SE Business Management team with projects, initiatives and management presentations / reports
- assist with the daily operation (misc. administrative and functional tasks)
- book and prepare client meetings
- assist with client proposals (market data analysis, presentations, etc.)
- organize and send various reports to clients
- assist with admin tasks when onboarding new clients
- communicate with our colleagues in all UBS Europe SE locations
You should expect to work with us 15-20 hours per week.
Working days and hours will in general be agreed upon in advance, but we are flexible in terms of your studies and exam periods.
Your team
You'll be working for the UBS Europe SE central business management team in Frankfurt. We would like to offer you an opportunity with the leading wealth management firm globally combining a distinct Swiss heritage with an international perspective and broad cultural diversity. You will gain insights into the day-to-day business of our central business management team and closely work with the Head of Wealth Management Domestic, Germany.
Your expertise
We are looking for a CBS student (Bachelor/Master) with strong ambitions to work within Wealth Management and who
- has a profound interest in the investment universe
- has a very good numerical understanding and digital proficiency
- is structured and good at working independently
- is service-minded and flexible, and with a positive attitude
- has a high drive and energy level
- is proactive
- is fluent in spoken and written German and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
