DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Das Start up-Traineeprogramm bietet jungen Fachkräften mit Unternehmergeist die Chance, zu lernen, zu wachsen und wertvolle Einblicke in das Unternehmen zu gewinnen – und neue Bereiche zu erkunden.
  • In 18 Monaten machst du fünf Einsätze, einer davon international – der Einstieg ist quartalsweise möglich, nach Absprache mit deinem Ansprechpartner.
  • Dein erster Einsatz wird im Bereich Technik sein, gefolgt von der Möglichkeit, die Bereiche selbst zu wählen, die du vertiefen möchtest.
  • Freitage sind dem "Magenta Friday" gewidmet, an dem die Trainees gemeinsam an Projekten innerhalb der Start up-Community arbeiten.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbares.
  • Fachkenntnise: In Projektmanagement & Data Analytics, idealerweise in Cyber Security, Netzwerktechnologie, 5G, IoT und/oder Machine Learning
  • Engagement und Unternehmergeist: Erfahrungen im sozialen Engagement oder in unternehmerischen Projekten sind sehr willkommen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift auf C1 und Deutsch auf B1 Niveau.

DEINE VORTEILE

  • Go International Einer deiner (3monatigen) Einsätze wird im Ausland sein. Welches Land und welche Stadt entscheidest du selbst.
  • Verstehe unser Geschäft Während unserer "Service Days" kannst du direkte Einblicke erhalten, wie die Deutsche Telekom mit Kunden zusammenarbeitet.
  • Wähle dein Startdatum Du kannst zu jedem Quartal das Programm beginnen.
