Your mission

Join us as a Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM) intern (m/f/d) to develop and implement Finoa's Business Continuity Management System and Crisis Management framework. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining experience in Operational Resilience within a regulated financial entity. If you are curious about Web3 and the crypto industry, consider undertaking your mandatory (unpaid) internship at Finoa.

In this role, you will:

  • Help the BCM Team with various tasks related to implementing the Business Continuity Management System and Crisis Management Framework.

  • Assist in identifying and reviewing potential business continuity risks.

  • Contribute to developing and documenting business continuity plans for new systems and processes.

  • Support conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) to ascertain the criticality and recovery requirements of Business processes.

  • Aid in coordinating and executing tabletop exercises and drills to test new continuity plans.

  • Help maintain and update business continuity documentation.

  • Research best practices and new technologies in business continuity and disaster recovery.



What you need to be successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or a related field.

  • Strong Investigative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and partnership abilities to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Proactive and eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations and risk management.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Prior coursework or a demonstrated interest in business continuity, project management, or risk management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications, or a strong interest in learning to leverage AI for data analysis and process optimization.
